  • Will operate 24/7 with no curfew

  • Unrestricted drug use on premise

  • Level 1 & Level 2 sex offenders permitted

  • Located within 1000 feet from daycares and schools

CCBA will be hosting a live conference of the CB2 full board meeting where members of the community will be testifying against the proposed shelter.
